Face it, health is something we all have to pay attention to. Whether you’re young or old, rich or barely scraping by, your body is and always will be your responsibility. Mistreat it, and it has a way of getting your attention.

I am not a health care professional, but I have several in my family. I’m no fitness instructor, but I have friends who are. In short, I have acquired amazing information over time, most of which I’ve tried out myself, and would like to share. Keep in mind that everyone is different, and tips I post should be considered with your best interest in mind. In other words, nuts will not be a good plant-based protein for you if you are allergic to them. *Yes, I must disclose the obvious*
